“We have commonly observed that AEC companies are confused in their digitalization journeys and feel that the anticipated value in technology investments is not being achieved. Therefore, in this research we aim to explore:
Is this confusion a necessary part of every digitalization journey or do successful journeys tend to do things differently?”
