AbstractThis paper presents a new distributed coordination framework for project schedule changes (DCPSC) based on a novel agent-based compensatory negotiation (ABCN) methodology, wherein software agents on behalf of the human subcontractors, evaluate the impact of changes, simulate decisions, and give advice in the new distributed subcontractor agent system (DSAS).
